
Ashley Brown
Ashley Brown is a spirited mental health advocate whose skills range from patient care to marketing. At Alleviant, she is focused on refining intake and billing operations and increasing community engagement. She believes that working at Alleviant “is an opportunity to be a change agent in the mental health arena, not just in the state but in the nation.”
With experience in both acute psychiatry and outpatient care, Ashley has played a variety of roles. She worked as a counselor and later as the Director of Assessment and Referral at The BridgeWay in Little Rock, AR. During her tenure at Chenal Family Therapy, an outpatient clinic in Little Rock, Ashley served as the Director of Scheduling and the Director of Community Engagement.
Ashley is a lifelong learner. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Finance from Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, AR, a Masters in Counseling from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, and has completed her Ph.D. program with The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
When she has downtime, Ashley enjoys painting acrylic on canvas and reading anything she can get her hands on. She adores spending time with her three beautiful children: Payton, Zoey, and Joe.
