Talk Therapy

Our therapists offer hour-long therapy sessions for patients who wish to release depression, make changes in their behavior, heal broken relationships, and process trauma. We used research-based regimens such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and some of our therapists and counselors also offer life coaching, substance abuse, and addiction recovery, marriage counseling, family therapy, and more.

SPRAVATO™, also known as esketamine, is a nasal spray that rapidly alleviates depressive symptoms and when used in conjunction with therapy, assists in rapid healing of treatment-resistant depression and other mood disorders. The approval of this drug by the FDA is considered to be one of the most significant advances in mental health in the last 30 years, as now patients who have failed 2 or more antidepressants have a safe, fast-acting, solution that is covered by insurance. Our clinic is one of the first in Colorado to become certified for Spravato™ administration, and we are happy to offer this FDA-approved treatment to the community of Denver, CO.

Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS)

TMS is a non-invasive procedure for treatment-resistant depression. It delivers magnetic impulses through an electromagnetic coil to the prefrontal cortex, the region of the brain associated with mood control. TMS helps nerves begin to communicate again and reinforces positive nerve pathways. Therapy takes place five days a week for four to six weeks. Each treatment lasts less than 4 minutes. TMS is FDA-approved for treatment-resistant depression. We preauthorize patients to make sure that their insurance is accepted.

Our telepsychiatric services allow for remote appointments with our providers including psychiatric evaluations, talk therapy, and medication management. These appointments can be facilitated through a desktop computer or a mobile app, allowing our patients to have very simple access to care.
