Kate Hardage is a licensed clinical social worker with more than 15 years of clinical and administrative experience in outpatient, school-based, and substance abuse dual diagnosis.

Over her career, Kate has demonstrated success developing plans and providing consultation to improve systems of care and clinical outcomes for complex, psychiatric populations and excelled in guiding teams and clients through challenging tasks and issues. Her expertise includes oversight of large clinical operations and programs, dual diagnosis treatment, specialized women’s services, outpatient, and school-based mental health programs.

Kate earned a Bachelor of Arts in social work from the University of Arkansas in 2004 and a Master’s in social work from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 2008.

She comes to Alleviant from Methodist Family Health, where she was most recently outpatient administrator for the Methodist Children’s Home.
