Shay Rollins, BSW, MSW

Shay Rollins is a procedure specialist at Alleviant’s Fayetteville location and has been with the organization since 2022. She previously worked in long-term care as a case manager, director of social services, and admissions coordinator at long-term care facilities in Georgia and northwest Arkansas.

Shay, who earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in social work from Georgia State University, said the best part of her job is interacting with patients and seeing positive outcomes.

“I love being a part of their journey,” she said.

Away from work, she enjoys spending time with her family and doing any outdoor activity, including hiking, kayaking, and fishing. She likes to travel when she can, but the avid HOG fan said her calendar remains full as her family attends most University of Arkansas football, baseball, softball, and basketball home games.
