Stephanie Spears

Stephanie is a lifelong resident of central Arkansas who graduated in 2016 with an Associates of Medical Office Administration, Certified biller and coder, Certified transcriptionist, and Certified Medical Assistant.

After working for many years in legal and law enforcement as an office manager and administration, she began working in the mental health and substance abuse field as a patient financial manager for a substance abuse facility in central Arkansas.

Stephanie’s experience includes office management, insurance verification, patient collections, financial counseling, patient account reconciliation, intake and admissions, scheduling, utilization review, credentialing, accounts payable, and receivable.

“My passion is helping people and making a small difference in the world,” Stephanie said. “The mental health field has given me that opportunity in ways I never dreamed or could have done in any other field.”

Stephanie’s absolute joy is spending time with her four grown children, family, and friends. She also enjoys traveling, concerts, and finding adventure in everything life brings her way.
