Alexus Montgomery, CPT
Alexus Montgomery is a Procedural Technician I with Alleviant Integrated Mental Health in Little Rock, Arkansas. A Certified Phlebotomy Technician, Alexus completed her healthcare training at R&L Healthcare Training School, where she studied both Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Phlebotomy Technician programs.
With a background in patient care and healthcare support, Alexus is passionate about helping individuals feel comfortable, supported, and cared for during challenging moments in their lives. Before joining Alleviant in June 2026, she worked as a Patient Care Associate at a local hospital in Little Rock, gaining valuable experience providing compassionate care in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Alexus is especially interested in nurse assisting, patient care, and mental wellness. She values Alleviant’s patient-centered approach and commitment to improving mental health through innovative and compassionate treatment. In her role, she enjoys connecting with patients, supporting the nursing team, and helping individuals feel at ease throughout their care experience.
For Alexus, one of the most rewarding aspects of her work is seeing patients achieve positive outcomes and knowing she played a part in their journey toward wellness. While witnessing patients struggle emotionally can be challenging, it inspires her to continue learning and growing within the mental health field.
Patients and colleagues often describe Alexus as friendly, understanding, professional, and easy to talk to. Originally from Pine Bluff, Arkansas, she now resides in Little Rock. Outside of work, she enjoys self-care, occasional travel, and meeting new people. A self-described social butterfly, Alexus loves building connections and creating positive experiences wherever she goes.
