Brian Mears is a compassionate visionary, dedicated clinician, international speaker, and pioneering leader in mental health care. As the Founder and CEO of Alleviant Integrated Mental Health, Dr. Mears has made it his life’s mission to heal pain, restore hope, and help individuals regain purpose by addressing the root causes of suffering. Under his leadership, Alleviant has grown to become Arkansas’s largest outpatient mental health practice, serving over 100,000 patients annually across ten locations.
