Andrea Lorenz, LCSW, LMSW

Andrea Lorenz, LCSW, LMSW, is a Clinical Therapist at Alleviant Integrated Mental Health, serving patients at the Summerlin clinic in Las Vegas, Nevada. She joined the team in February 2026 and brings extensive experience in social work and mental health care. Andrea holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a Master’s degree in Social Work and is licensed as both a Licensed Master Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

Andrea is passionate about mental health because she has seen how empowering individuals with the right tools and skills can support healing and help people reach their highest potential. Prior to joining Alleviant Integrated Mental Health, she spent 13 years working in child welfare in Las Vegas, where she supported youth and families through complex challenges.

What stands out to Andrea about Alleviant is the personalized, whole person approach to care. She values being part of a team that focuses on understanding each individual and providing thoughtful support that allows patients to grow, heal, and move forward in meaningful ways.

Andrea finds the greatest fulfillment in seeing moments of insight and progress, whether that looks like increased self awareness, healing from trauma, or a reduction in distressing symptoms. She is often described by patients as warm, compassionate, caring, nonjudgmental, and kind.

Outside of work, Andrea enjoys traveling and spending time with family. She is an avid animal lover and currently has one cat, with hopes of adding a dog to her family in the future.
