Audra Gately, MS, LCSW
Hi! I'm a Licensed Certified Social Worker who believes that healing occurs in a space of honesty, respect, and human connection. I take a down-to-earth, collaborative approach—meeting you where you are and working together to find what truly helps. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals, couples, and families through a wide range of life challenges, from anxiety and depression to trauma, relationship issues, life transitions, co-parenting problems, and more.
My training spans multiple evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, psychodynamic therapy, and somatic practices. This allows me to adapt our work to your unique needs—whether you're seeking practical tools, deeper insight, or a safe space to process and grow.
I have a special interest in issues related to divorce and separation, particularly high-conflict situations involving children who are often caught in the middle. I have a deep understanding of the ripple effects that fractured parent-child relationships and blended family dynamics can have. I understand how emotionally complex these situations are, and I’m passionate about helping people find clarity, connection, and healthier paths forward amidst it all.
In my free time, I'm most likely spending time with my two amazing kids, chasing an adrenaline rush, or embarking on some kind of wild adventure. I believe in living fully and helping others do the same—even when the path forward is anything but simple.
