Becca Richardson, Senior Director of Operations

Becca Richardson, Senior Director of Operations at Alleviant Integrated Mental Health, oversees all locations. Her healthcare career began as a travel medical assistant and licensed phlebotomist, but her leadership skills led her into clinic management.

Originally from suburban Chicago, Becca moved to northwest Arkansas in 2021 to be closer to her parents and joined Alleviant in 2022. “Working at Alleviant has been a true blessing,” she said. “Our team is dedicated to ensuring patients feel heard, cared for, and supported during their hardest times.”

She prioritizes patient well-being in every decision. “When you put patients first, success follows. I love coming to work knowing my team is making a real difference.”

A mother of six (“God has a sense of humor, lol,” she said), Becca enjoys spending time outdoors with her kids, swimming, boating, attending EDM festivals, and playing with her dog, Clyde—a half-Great Dane, half-Great Pyrenees spotted like a cow.
