Becca Richardson
Becca Richardson is Alleviant Integrated Mental Health’s Regional Director of Operations and oversees our locations.
Her career in health care began with her working as a travel medical assistant and licensed phlebotomist, however, while working in direct patient care she discovered she had a gift for leading others and moved into clinic management.
A native of suburban Chicago, Becca moved to northwest Arkansas in 2021 to be closer to her parents, who retired in Bella Vista in 2015. She joined Alleviant in 2022.
“Working at Alleviant has been a true blessing,” she said. “I love that everyone here is so committed to our patients and making sure they feel heard, cared for, and that they know that Alleviant is here for them even in some of their hardest times.
“Our patients were always No. 1 and at the top of our minds in every decision we make, policy we put in place, and treatment we provide. I believe that if you put the patients’ health, wellbeing, and outcome at the top of your priority list, success will always follow. It is evident in everything that my providers and staff do that everyone’s heart and soul is here working to make sure we are providing the best mental health care in northwest Arkansas. I love coming to work every day because I know what my team and I are doing is making a real difference in people’s lives.”
Becca is a mother of six (“God has a sense of humor, lol,” she said.) When she is not working, she loves to spend time with her kids outside exploring, enjoying swimming and boating, attending electronic dance music festivals, and playing with her dog, Clyde, who is half Great Dane, half great Pyrenees and spotted like a cow.
