Brittanie Allums, RN

Brittanie Allums is a Registered Nurse serving as a Procedure Specialist at Alleviant Integrated Mental Health in Little Rock, Arkansas. She earned her associate’s degree in nursing from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 2022 and has a strong background in pediatric care, having previously worked at Children’s Hospital for two years. 

Brittanie joined Alleviant in September 2024, drawn by the clinic’s commitment to offering therapies that are hard to find elsewhere. She finds deep fulfillment in being part of a team that helps patients experience meaningful improvements in their mental health and quality of life. 

“The most rewarding part of my job is seeing patients start to feel better and more like themselves.” 

Originally from Little Rock, Brittanie is known for her compassionate nature and her joy in helping others. She and her husband, Juan, have three children — Brylan, Nova, and Jaylan — and their home is also filled with the energy of their two dogs, Luna the husky and Whiskey the American bully. 

Outside of work, Brittanie loves spending time outdoors with her family, especially taking weekend trips to the lake or enjoying local parks. Her passion for helping others shines through in every aspect of her life, from her work at Alleviant to the moments she treasures with her family.
