Danielle is a psychiatric nurse practitioner at Alleviant’s Bentonville location. She became a registered nurse in 2015 and earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University in 2019 and Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University in 2022.

While working as a nurse, she became interested in mental health, and the attempted suicide of a very close friend in 2016 motivated her to enter the field professionally.

“I struggled with my own postpartum anxiety after my daughter was born, and realized I wanted to help other women with similar postpartum struggles as well.”

Danielle was drawn to the holistic viewpoints of Alleviant and treating the whole person. “I was excited to see that Alleviant has alternative treatments available, such as TMS and Spravato,” she said. “It’s great for people to have other options in their mental health care.”

When one of her patents has a positive outcome, she feels grateful that she was able to help and make a difference in their life. The most enjoyable part of her job is building therapeutic relationships and seeing changes over time to patients’ mental health and overall wellbeing.

Considered validating, nonjudgemental, and encouraging, Danielle grew up in Jonesboro, Ark., and moved to Little Rock in 2012 and then northwest Arkansas in 2022 for her first job as a psychiatric nurse practitioner. She is married, has a daughter, and the family has a mixed yorkie/schnauzer named Link.

Away from work, she enjoys relaxing by reading or playing video games, spending time with her family, and going to concerts and musicals in northwest Arkansas.
