Devon Herrera

Devon Herrera is a Community Outreach Liaison at Alleviant Integrated Mental Health, serving the Summerlin clinic in Las Vegas, Nevada. She joined the team in March 2026 and is dedicated to building strong relationships within the community and connecting individuals to meaningful mental health resources. 

Devon’s passion for mental health is deeply rooted in personal experience, which continues to guide her work and strengthen her commitment to helping others find a better path forward. She brings a thoughtful and purpose driven approach to outreach, focusing on creating authentic connections and increasing access to care for those who need it most. 

What stands out to Devon about Alleviant Integrated Mental Health is its forward thinking, evidence based approach to care. She values being part of a team that focuses on optimizing mental performance and addressing the root causes of challenges through innovative and personalized treatment options.

Devon finds the most rewarding part of her role in building partnerships that help individuals access the support they need. She describes the feeling of a positive outcome as both inspiring and humbling, especially when someone begins to regain hope and a sense of control in their life. 

Known for being a strong listener and solution oriented, Devon is passionate about fostering trust and collaboration within the communities she serves. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with loved ones and creating pottery, a hobby that also played a role in how she met her wife. She is also an animal lover and enjoys time with her two dogs, Odin and Gaia.
