Eli Fulfer, DNP, PMHNP-BC

Eli Fulfer, DNP, PMHNP-BC, serves as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at Alleviant Health Centers in Bentonville. He joined the team in May 2026 after earning his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Arkansas and his Doctorate of Nursing Practice from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. Eli focuses on mental health and trauma-informed care, bringing prior experience from Springwoods, the University of Arkansas, and Northwest Medical Center.

Eli’s passion for mental health developed during nursing school, where he discovered a deep connection to the field and felt called to pursue it as a career. He values Alleviant’s holistic approach to care, integrating psychiatry, therapy, and neuroscience to support each patient’s overall well-being.

He enjoys building meaningful relationships with patients and walking alongside them as they grow and heal. “It makes me feel happy and privileged that I was able to be a apart of someone’s healing.”

Originally from Rogers, Arkansas, Eli enjoys spending time outdoors, camping, woodworking, and playing music—he has played guitar since the age of six. He lives with his wife, their toddler, and their energetic Aussiedoodle, Daisy.
