Emily Arnold, DNP, APRN, PMHNP-BC

Emily Arnold joined Alleviant Integrated Mental Health in August 2025 and provides compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care to patients in Little Rock. With a Doctor of Nursing Practice from UAMS, Emily brings both clinical expertise and a strong personal commitment to reducing stigma and supporting whole-person healing.

Before joining Alleviant, Emily worked at Haven Detox and Living Hope from 2023 to 2025, where she gained valuable experience in detox and outpatient settings. Her passion for mental health stems from witnessing its impact on the lives of people close to her, and she is deeply motivated to help others understand that mental health is just as important as physical health.

Emily grew up in Ward, Arkansas and is married to her best friend of 13 years. They have one daughter and three dogs — two huskies named Mazelee and Luna, and a mini aussiedoodle named Roxy. Outside of work, Emily enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
