Holly Martin, LCSW

Holly Martin joined Alleviant Integrated Mental Health in August 2025 as a licensed clinical social worker serving clients at the North Little Rock clinic. Her therapeutic focus includes grief counseling and EMDR, and she brings a person-centered approach rooted in compassion, curiosity, and care.

She earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 2015 and has been walking alongside clients on their mental health journeys ever since.

“I love being able to go along with clients on their mental health journey and be an active participant in their success. It’s an emotional thing—to see the lightbulb come on and something new be learned or discovered.”

Holly grew up in Macon, Arkansas, and now shares her life with her energetic nine-year-old son and their three-year-old cat named Snuggles. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, listening to live music, and spending quality time with her son. A fun fact? Holly is a classically trained vocalist, bringing both harmony and heart into every part of her life.
