Janica Patrick, LCSW

Janica Patrick serves as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Alleviant Integrated Mental Health in Jonesboro. She joined the team in January 2025 and brings a strong background in both school-based and medical social work. Janica earned her Bachelor of Social Work from Union University in 2011 and her Master of Social Work from Arkansas State University in 2015.

From an early age, Janica felt drawn to helping others navigate pain and emotional challenges. Her natural compassion and desire to understand grace, accountability, and healing led her to pursue a career in social work. She values the warm, welcoming atmosphere at Alleviant and appreciates how that environment supports meaningful therapeutic collaboration.

Janica is known for her gentle, kind, and caring presence. She strives to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel empowered to explore new perspectives and coping strategies. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, traveling, early morning walks at sunrise, spending time with family, and, of course, coffee. She also loves laughter and is well known for her corny jokes, believing that humor can be a powerful form of healing.
