Jeremiah Frederick
Jeremiah Frederick is a dedicated Project Manager at Alleviant, bringing expertise in construction and workplace management to his role. With a Postgraduate Diploma in Project Construction Management from Edinburgh Napier University (2022) and a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Marketing from the University of the West Indies (2016), he combines technical knowledge with strategic leadership. Before joining Alleviant a year ago, Jeremiah spent three years at REI Nation, honing his skills in project oversight and development.
At Alleviant, he plays a crucial role in managing the opening of new clinics, a process he finds deeply rewarding, knowing these facilities will one day serve hundreds of patients. He appreciates the organization’s holistic approach to mental health care and values the collaboration among providers and team members. However, he acknowledges the challenges of not being able to solve every issue that arises. Known by construction clients as knowledgeable and easy to work with, Jeremiah takes pride in fostering strong professional relationships.
Originally from Barbados, Jeremiah relocated to Arkansas when his wife received a job opportunity there. He enjoys spending time with his family, which includes his wife, their inquisitive seven-year-old daughter, and their energetic one-year-old son. Outside of work, he finds joy in photography and singing at church, balancing his professional responsibilities with creative and personal fulfillment.
