Josh Philipson, RN, BSN

Josh Philipson serves as the Director of Procedures at Alleviant Integrated Mental Health and is based in Bentonville, supporting clinics across the organization. He joined the team in 2026 and brings more than a decade of experience from Kaiser Permanente in Southern California. Josh earned his nursing education from Golden West College in 2010 and completed his Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Texas at Arlington in 2017, graduating magna cum laude. He also holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. 

Josh has always been drawn to work with a strong humanitarian focus, which led him to a career in healthcare and ultimately mental health. He believes modern healthcare requires a modern approach and values Alleviant’s commitment to shaping a healthier future through innovative, patient centered care.

Known for being responsible, reliable, and caring, Josh approaches his role with a deep sense of purpose and connection to the people he serves. Originally from Huntington Beach, California, he now enjoys life with his wife and two children. Outside of work, Josh spends time with his family, enjoys gaming, tackles projects around the house, and has a passion for gadgets and road trips. He also jokes that while he has the heart of an artist, he has the artistic talent of a scientist.
