Joy Dukes, MSN, PMHNP-BC

With nearly three decades of nursing experience, Joy Dukes brings both deep clinical knowledge and a compassionate, down-to-earth approach to mental health care. She began her nursing journey in 1994 and completed her Master of Science in Nursing in 2023 at Northern Kentucky University, focusing on psychiatric care across the lifespan.

Joy joins Alleviant Integrated Mental Health’s Henderson, NV clinic with a strong desire to provide high-quality, holistic care. Her past work with Senior Doc, Open Arms Counseling, and Axis Psychiatry has shaped her belief in treating the whole person—not just symptoms. She's especially excited about Alleviant’s integrative services and the opportunity to learn more about spectral EEG technology.

Raised in the small town of Rosewood, KY, Joy now lives in Las Vegas with her significant other, Larry, and their beloved golden retriever, Kimba. Her family boasts six registered nurses with over 175 combined years of experience—a testament to her lifelong dedication to care. Outside of work, Joy enjoys reading, movies, time with loved ones, and beach getaways.
