Julish Selvy, DNP, MSN, PMHNP, APRN, CPN

Julish Selvy, who also goes by Juls, serves as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Alleviant Integrated Mental Health in North Little Rock. She joined the team in January 2026 and brings more than two decades of experience from Arkansas Children’s Hospital, where she spent 22 years in clinical practice. Her background includes eight years as a Nurse Practitioner in the Neurology Clinic, as well as extensive experience as a registered nurse. Julish earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Master of Science in Nursing, and Doctorate in Nursing from the University of Central Arkansas. She later completed her post master’s certification as a PMHNP through Walden University.

Julish was drawn to mental health care by her belief that mental health directly impacts overall health. She is passionate about addressing mental health disparities and believes that improving mental health care is essential to improving healthcare as a whole. She values Alleviant’s holistic approach and its commitment to caring for the whole person.

Julish is known for being dependable, patient, and deeply caring. Patients often share that they feel heard and understood during their time with her. Originally born in Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, she grew up in Parkin, Arkansas and remains very close with her large, close knit family. Outside of work, Julish enjoys reading, participating in her book club, traveling, going out to dinner, and spending time with family and friends. She also loves classic television shows and finds comfort in programs like Matlock and Murder, She Wrote.
