Key’Ayanna Kidder

Key’Ayanna Kidder serves as a Patient Support Specialist team member at Alleviant Integrated Mental Health in Henderson, Nevada. She joined the team in November 2025 and is currently in paralegal school with plans to graduate in 2026. Her focus is providing compassionate and comfortable patient care in every interaction. 

Her passion for mental health began with her own experiences and the experiences of loved ones who faced challenges without access to proper support. She believes this field is where she is meant to be and values being part of a mission that helps people feel seen, understood, and cared for. 

“The feeling I get when a patient has a positive experience is pure joy. It means everything to know that someone feels supported and valued.” 

Key’Ayanna describes herself as kind-hearted, fun, and bubbly. She enjoys connecting with patients and being a bright part of their day. Outside of work, she spends most of her time with her wife and their Yorkie, Enzo. She enjoys watching movies, painting, reading, shopping, trying new restaurants, and spending time with friends. She grew up in Las Vegas and remains close to her family and in-loves, who she describes as loud, loving, and full of joy.
