Kiley Murphy, LCSW

Kiley Murphy serves as a Therapist at Alleviant Integrated Mental Health in Henderson. She joined the team in January 2025 and brings several years of experience working in a higher level of care treatment foster care setting. Kiley earned her Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2019 and her Master of Social Work from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2021.

Kiley was drawn to the mental health field by a desire to help others become their best selves. She is passionate about walking alongside individuals as they navigate life challenges, stressors, and healing. She values Alleviant’s brain based approach to care and believes it is essential to look at the whole picture in order to support meaningful and effective progress.

Kiley is often described by her clients as calm, regulated, and easy to talk to. She finds the most fulfillment in moments of insight, whether that means helping someone understand their body’s responses or unpack the impact of trauma. Born and raised in Las Vegas, Kiley shares her home with her dog, Melvin, who loves adventures and playtime. Outside of work, she enjoys going to the gym, spending time outdoors with her dog, learning to crochet, and caring for her many houseplants.
