Landy Adams

Landy Adams joined Alleviant in April 2026 as a Patient Support Specialist in the Rogers office. His professional background includes mental health services, law enforcement, business ownership, culinary work, forestry, and farming, giving him a well-rounded perspective and a strong ability to connect with people from all walks of life.

Before joining Alleviant, Landy spent four years working in child and adult services at Arisa Health. During that time, he discovered a passion for supporting individuals and families through challenging moments and helping people feel heard, understood, and cared for. His move into mental health came from a desire to pursue more meaningful work and make a lasting difference in the lives of others.

One of the things Landy values most about Alleviant is the genuine care shown toward both patients and employees. He appreciates being part of a team that prioritizes compassion, support, and creating a positive experience for everyone who walks through the door.

For Landy, the most rewarding part of his role is seeing patients make progress and reach goals they have worked hard to achieve. Supporting people through both setbacks and successes is what makes the work meaningful to him, and he takes pride in being someone patients and coworkers can rely on.

Those who know Landy often describe him as dependable, approachable, and quietly funny. He enjoys building connections with patients and coworkers and believes that every person has a story worth listening to.

Originally from Central and Eastern Washington, Landy enjoys a wide range of creative hobbies outside of work, including rug making, sewing, and crafting. He also has a strong passion for cooking and enjoys experimenting with new recipes, spices, and techniques, often sharing meals with friends, family, and neighbors simply because he enjoys bringing people together.

In his free time, Landy also enjoys hydroponic gardening, which he considers both peaceful and rewarding. At home, he spends time with his dog Duke, a boxer, mastiff, and lab mix affectionately known as his “couch hippo” and loyal gardening companion.
