Laney Minton, Proceduralist at Alleviant

Laney Minton

Laney Minton joined Alleviant Integrated Mental Health in August 2025 as a proceduralist at the Bryant clinic. With a background in medical health sciences and a strong desire to help others, Laney is excited to begin her career in mental health. She brings enthusiasm, compassion, and a natural ability to connect with patients, creating a welcoming and supportive environment for everyone she meets.

Laney graduated from Cabot High School in 2024, where she earned Key Club awards and medical honors. Before joining Alleviant, she worked with PrimeCare Medical Clinic, the Lonoke County Housing Authority, and Dillard’s, gaining valuable experience in both healthcare and customer service settings.

“I’ve always known I wanted to be in the medical field. Helping and motivating others is what I love most. Seeing patients get the outcome they hoped for makes me so happy.”

Originally from Pennsylvania and born in Maryland, Laney grew up moving often but now calls Arkansas home. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and embracing new experiences. She shares her life with three dogs—two German Shepherds named Jax and Maverick, and a lab named Gustavo.

Whether she’s supporting a patient through treatment or chatting with someone new, Laney brings warmth, curiosity, and a deep commitment to making each day meaningful. A fun fact about her? The beach is her favorite place in the world.
