Lilia Shores
Lilia Shores is a Proceduralist at Alleviant Integrated Mental Health in Rogers. She graduated from Bentonville High School in 2024, where she completed the Honors Program and the Ignite program. She is currently pursuing her associate degree at Northwest Arkansas Community College and plans to continue her education at Southern New Hampshire University in 2026 to complete her bachelor’s degree in psychology.
Lilia is CPR, First Aid, AED, and Safety Care certified, with a strong academic focus on psychology and the behavioral and social sciences. Her fascination with how the brain works and how mental and physical health are deeply connected led her to pursue a career in mental health.

Lilia values Alleviant’s integrative approach to healing and finds great joy in seeing patients experience breakthroughs. Known for her optimistic and bubbly personality, she brings warmth and curiosity to every interaction.
Outside of work, Lilia enjoys reading sci-fi, writing, working out, and playing video games. She lives in Northwest Arkansas with her life partner and their two cats, Cosmos and Clementine.
