Lyndsey Stacy, RN

Lyndsey Stacy, a registered nurse and clinical coordinator at Alleviant’s Little Rock and Conway locations, has been with the company since 2022. She earned her associate degree in nursing from the University of Arkansas Community College of Morrilton and previously worked in nursing rehabilitation and at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center, focusing on postpartum care, pediatrics, and the nursery.

“I wanted a career in helping people, and I found that through mental health,” she said. “Watching patients overcome their struggles and recover from depression brings me immense joy.”

She values building personal relationships with patients rather than seeing them as just another case. “The hardest part is when progress takes longer than expected—I worry they’ll give up before they see improvement.”

Originally from St. Vincent, Arkansas, Lyndsey now lives in Morrilton with her three kids—two boys and a girl—and their dog.

Outside of work, she’s busy at her children’s basketball and baseball games and loves traveling, camping, and planning future sightseeing adventures for retirement.
