MC Parker, BA, MS
MC Parker serves as a Community Outreach and Business Development Specialist for Alleviant Integrated Mental Health, supporting locations across Conway, Little Rock, North Little Rock, Bryant, and Jonesboro. She joined Alleviant in June 2026 and is passionate about connecting individuals and healthcare providers with innovative mental health resources and treatment options.
MC earned a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish with a minor in English from Hendrix College and later completed a Master of Science in College Student Personnel Services and Administration from the University of Central Arkansas. She also studied abroad at Universidad Complutense de Madrid in Spain, an experience that broadened her perspective and strengthened her passion for building meaningful connections with people from diverse backgrounds.
Her interest in mental health began through relationships with friends and family members working as counselors, which introduced her to thoughtful conversations about emotional well-being and personal growth. Those experiences inspired her appreciation for the profound impact mental health care can have on individuals, families, and communities.
Prior to joining Alleviant, MC served as a Beach Volleyball Coach at Hendrix College, a Project Manager for the American Case Management Association (ACMA), and a Business Development Representative for Conway Behavioral Health Hospital. These roles allowed her to develop expertise in relationship building, community outreach, leadership, and healthcare engagement.
MC believes Alleviant stands apart because of its innovative approach to treatment, particularly its use of EEG mapping to help guide Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) therapy. She also values the organization’s commitment to whole-person wellness through services such as health coaching and comprehensive mental health support.
One of the most rewarding aspects of her work is seeing patients experience positive outcomes. She compares it to coaching athletics—watching someone work through challenges, remain committed to growth, and eventually experience a breakthrough that makes all their effort worthwhile. Sharing in those moments of success is both meaningful and inspiring.
Known for being friendly, detail-oriented, and approachable, MC enjoys meeting people from all walks of life and strives to make every interaction a positive one. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active through beach volleyball, rollerblading, paddleboarding, hiking, camping, swimming, and nearly any outdoor activity ending in “-ing.”
Originally from Collierville, Tennessee, MC grew up in a sports-focused family with three older brothers. Today, she and her husband stay busy keeping up with their energetic two-year-old son. A fun fact about MC is that she has traveled to six countries outside of the United States, fueling her love of learning about new places, cultures, and people.
