Megan Brown, Proceduralist

Megan M. Brown

Megan M. Brown serves as a Proceduralist at Alleviant Integrated Mental Health in Fayetteville. She joined the team in November 2025 and brings several years of clinical experience from orthopedic and neurology practices in Northwest Arkansas. Megan is a Registered Medical Assistant and a 2010 graduate of Har-Ber High School.

Her fascination with how the brain works led her to pursue a career in mental health. She values being part of a team that makes a difference in patients’ lives and appreciates the sense of belonging she feels at Alleviant.

“When patients express their gratitude, it reminds me why I chose this field and fills me with appreciation.”

Megan describes herself as kind and caring, and she finds joy in helping others feel supported and understood. Outside of work, she enjoys walking her two corgis, Waffles and Sadie, spending time outdoors, and relaxing at home with a cup of coffee. Originally from Abilene, Texas, Megan grew up in Springdale and Fayetteville and remains close to her family in Northwest Arkansas.
