Sue Bayles, Patient Support Specialist

Sue Anne Bayles

Sue Anne Bayles serves as a Patient Support Specialist at the front desk of Alleviant Integrated Mental Health in Little Rock. She joined the team in November 2025 and brings many years of experience working across different areas of healthcare. Sue is known for her warmth, kindness, and ability to make people feel welcome the moment they walk through the door.

Her passion for mental health comes from a genuine love of being around people and encouraging others in even the smallest ways. A simple smile or kind word can make a meaningful difference, and Sue strives to be that positive presence for every patient she meets. She appreciates Alleviant’s commitment to innovative care and values being part of a team that truly cares about helping patients find hope.

“Seeing patients take the brave step toward something better fills me with joy and reminds me that there is always hope.”

Sue describes herself as kind, a good listener, and someone who enjoys bringing lighthearted moments into the day. She grew up in Little Rock and is one of five siblings, which taught her the importance of love and sharing early on. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, especially hiking, camping, and being near the water. She also loves trout fishing and spending time with her two dogs.
