Alli Carter, Procedure Specialist

Alli, a procedure specialist at Alleviant’s Bryant location, graduated from Bryant High School in 2015 and is currently training in nonviolent crisis intervention at Pulaski Technical College.

Her passion for mental health stems from personal experience. “Losing my mom at 15 helped me relate to those struggling with anxiety and depression,” she said. “Some days are better than others, but it’s important to smile big, laugh often, work hard, and create a life you love.”

She joined Alleviant for its reputation for compassionate care and patient-first approach. The most rewarding part of her job is seeing patients transform. “Helping someone step out of darkness and into a better version of themselves is incredibly fulfilling.”

Outside of work, Alli enjoys fishing, hunting, Razorback football, lake season, and mud riding.
