Alli Carter
Alli is a procedure specialist at Alleviant’s Bryant location. She is a 2015 graduate of Bryant High School and is currently in the nonviolent crisis intervention training program at Pulaski Technical College.
Alli was drawn to a career in mental health due to personal experiences and a desire to help others.
“Given my background of losing my mom when I was 15, I feel like I can relate on some aspects in the anxiety/ depression department,” she said. “Some days are always going to be better than others. You must remember to smile big, laugh often. Work hard, dream big. And most importantly create a life you love. Evolve, and remain humble.”
She came to Alleviant because of the company’s reputation for passionate care and always putting patients’ needs first.
The most enjoyable part of your job, she said, is watching patients transform from darkness to lightness and being able to coach them into the best version of themselves.
“I feel a great sense of happiness and success when a patient has a positive outcome, but I also feel refreshed and feed off of their positivity.”
Outside of work, Alli’s hobbies include fishing, hunting, lake season, Razorback football season, and mud riding.
