Founder and CEO Brian Mears, DNAP, APRN, CRNA, PMHNP-BC, who established Alleviant in 2017, will now focus his leadership on propelling the company’s national expansion, forging high-value strategic partnerships, and advancing the cutting-edge psychiatric and neurophysiological innovations that distinguish Alleviant in the field. Remaining as CEO, Mears will continue to provide visionary direction while spearheading the research and clinical advancements that shape the future of the company’s transformative care model.
To lead daily operations and oversee all aspects of company management, Kyla Farler has been promoted to the role of President. Farler, who has served as Alleviant’s Chief Financial Officer, brings a rare blend of legal, financial, and operational expertise. She is a licensed attorney, Certified Public Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Fraud Examiner, and holds a Masters in Accounting and an MBA. Known for her exceptional skills in organizational management, policy development, and effective communication, Farler has been instrumental in guiding Alleviant through its most significant periods of growth.
