Brenda Yajaira Ponce

Brenda Yajaira Ponce supports patients as a Patient Support Specialist at Alleviant Integrated Mental Health. Based in Rogers, Arkansas, she also floats to other locations as needed. Brenda brings a strong healthcare background, with experience in medical assisting, interpreting, and patient coordination. She graduated from Springdale High School in 2015, completed her studies at Blue Cliff College in 2019, and earned interpreter certification in 2021. 

Her professional journey includes scheduling over 80 nurses and assisting Spanish-speaking patients at Care IV Home Health. With personal experience navigating anxiety and depression, Brenda was drawn to mental health to better understand and advocate for those who are struggling. She values connecting deeply with patients and teammates while creating a supportive environment.

Known for her kindness, quiet strength, and team spirit, Brenda grew up in San Pedro, California. She’s the oldest of three siblings and now a mom of three herself. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, spending time outdoors, hiking, and relaxing at home with her family. Brenda also has a green thumb and loves watching plants grow.
