Cindy Navarro is a patient account specialist at Alleviant’s Rogers location. A certified medical assistant, she has been with the company since 2022 and was led to a career here through personal experiences and learning the importance of mental health. Prior to joining Alleviant, she previously worked at the University of Arkansas for Medical Science’s Family Medical Center and Arvest Bank.
“The best part of my job is getting to know the patients and being part of the reason as to why they love coming to Alleviant,” Cindy said. “I love being able to make a patient smile or laugh, even if it’s just a little.
“When they have a positive outcome, I’m extremely happy and excited for them. That’s especially true when I start to see the changes in them.”
A native of Springdale, Ark., she has two sons and recently added a Bernedoodle to the family.
“I absolutely love her, she is my babygirl! She is such a smart puppy, super playful and sweet, and she already has so much personality. She cracks me up.”
Outside of work, she enjoys hanging out with her family, parents, three younger sisters and a brother and friends; going to the gym, outdoor activities including hiking, fishing, and running, reading, writing in her journal, and going to church.
