Sa’De Lucin-Martin

Sa’De Lucin-Martin serves patients as a Proceduralist at Alleviant Integrated Mental Health in Las Vegas. She joined the team in September 2025 and brings over 15 years of experience in medical assistance, billing compliance, healthcare administration, and patient support. She earned her Associate of Science degree from Carrington College in 2010 and is also a commissioned Nevada Notary Public.

Sa’De’s journey into mental health stems from her own life experiences. Growing up in a family affected by addiction and trauma, she saw firsthand how a lack of resources and compassion could impact lives. Those experiences gave her both resilience and purpose, inspiring her to pursue a career where she could advocate for patients and help remove barriers to care.

At Alleviant, Sa’De values being part of an integrative and compassionate approach to mental health care. She finds the most joy in connecting with patients, supporting their progress, and knowing her efforts make a difference. Outside of work, Sa’De enjoys spending time with family and friends and values opportunities to create safe, supportive spaces for others.
