Vickie Jordan
Vickie Jordan is a dedicated Patient Support Specialist at Alleviant Health’s Little Rock location. With certifications as a CNA and CRCST, she brings years of experience in healthcare, having previously worked at CARTI for three years, Engaged Med for three years, and St. Vincent Family Clinic for 11 years.
Her journey into mental health was inspired by a close friend who received compassionate care from Alleviant during a difficult time. Witnessing firsthand the support and guidance provided by the company, Vickie knew she wanted to be part of a team that helps people navigate their challenges and improve their well-being. She believes what sets Alleviant apart is its commitment to truly helping patients develop healthier coping strategies.
For Vickie, the most rewarding part of her job is seeing the positive impact she and her team make in patients’ lives. When a patient experiences a breakthrough or finds relief, she describes it as a warm and fuzzy feeling—"just like eating a piece of apple pie." However, the most challenging part is witnessing others in pain, which fuels her drive to provide the best possible care.
Originally from Hamburg, AR, Vickie is the youngest of seven siblings. Growing up, her family was very close, and though many have since moved to different states and towns, they remain connected through calls and social media.
Outside of work, Vickie is passionate about cooking, which she considers her true love. She also enjoys crafting and watching movies. A devoted animal lover, she shares her home with Maple Bacon, a spoiled Juliana pig, and Max, a chocolate Lab/Pit Bull mix. Their unique bond brings plenty of laughter—especially when Max seems puzzled by why Maple doesn’t move quite like a dog!
Those who know Vickie describe her as kind, loving, and always willing to help, with a heart dedicated to making a difference in the lives of others.
