Cristina Montalvo

Cristina Montalvo serves as a Healthcare Outreach Specialist at Alleviant Integrated Mental Health in Henderson. She joined the team in December 2025 and brings a strong background in finance, marketing, and healthcare relationship building. Cristina earned her Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Marketing in 2014 and focuses on community outreach, referral partnerships, and business development. 

Cristina’s path to mental health began in wealth management, where she worked closely with individuals and families during important and often stressful life decisions. She later transitioned into healthcare as a hospice liaison, supporting patients and families during some of their most vulnerable moments. Those experiences shaped her belief in trust, listening, and advocacy, ultimately leading her to mental health care where meaningful connection and access to care are essential.

Cristina finds the most enjoyment in building strong relationships with community partners and knowing those connections directly contribute to better patient outcomes. She is often described as approachable, compassionate, dependable, and genuinely invested in helping others navigate care with confidence. 

Originally raised between New York and Las Vegas, Cristina values family deeply and enjoys spending quality time with loved ones. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, traveling, and learning about other cultures. She is also a proud pet parent to her rescue dog, Luna, who keeps her active and smiling. A fun fact about Cristina is that her career spans both wealth management and healthcare, giving her the ability to balance budgets and emotions with equal care.
