Jennifer Stuart

Jennifer Stuart serves as a Proceduralist at Alleviant Integrated Mental Health in Shawnee, Kansas. She joined the team in January 2026 and brings more than two decades of experience in healthcare, including over 12 years working exclusively in mental health. Jennifer holds degrees in Healthcare Management and Business Management and has spent her career supporting patients with compassion and consistency. 

Jennifer was drawn to mental health care because of the growing need for services and the importance of treating every individual with patience, empathy, and fairness. She values being part of a care team that uses modern technology and services to support meaningful progress for patients. 

“It’s the little things like a story or a smile, seeing the difference, especially when knowing a patient’s history that makes us, as a healthcare employee, feel warm.” 

Jennifer finds the most fulfillment in seeing relief and comfort in patients, especially moments when long-held emotional weight begins to lift. She also recognizes that healing looks different for everyone and believes in meeting patients where they are, without judgment. 

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren, reading, listening to music, and relaxing at the lake during the summer. She is also a devoted NASCAR and Green Bay Packers fan and co-owns a dog kennel with her mother, an experience she finds both demanding and deeply rewarding.
