Brittney Miller, NRP
Brittney Miller is a Procedure Specialist at Alleviant, where she has been making a difference since January 6, 2025. With a strong foundation in emergency medical care from her training at Kiamichi Tech in Poteau, OK, and Arkansas Tech Ozark, Brittney specializes in administering advanced mental health procedures, including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Spravato, and Ketamine therapy.
Driven by a passion for helping individuals overcome depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other challenges, Brittney’s career in mental health was inspired by her experiences as a paramedic. Witnessing the effects of trauma first hand has fueled her dedication to supporting first responders and others seeking relief from mental health struggles.
Brittney finds immense joy in seeing patients achieve positive outcomes. “No journey is the same and watching my patients improve overall from their appearance to their personality everything gets better. No one should have to suffer alone.” she says. Known for her friendly, outgoing, and compassionate nature, Brittney’s colleagues and patients alike appreciate her humor and warmth.
Originally from Hackett, Arkansas, Brittney is deeply rooted in her community. She and her husband, also a paramedic, are building their dream home on family land, raising two children, with another baby on the way in October. When not at work, Brittney loves spending time with her family, riding ATVs on mountain trails, and taking trips. She’s also the proud owner of three cats and a couple of fish.
Whether it’s through innovative mental health treatments or her unwavering compassion, Brittney is dedicated to helping individuals find hope and reclaim their lives.
