Due to the spread of COVID-19 Coronavirus, multiple requirements for telehealth appointments have been lifted to encourage our community members to see their mental health providers from the safety of their homes. Now you no longer need to have a referral to see a mental health specialist via teleconferencing, all appointments, including the first visit, can happen over video or phone chat, and all prescriptions can be managed via telehealth.

How It Works:

Step 1. You request an appointment

You can request your telebehavioral health appointment through the form below or by calling 866-951-HEAL. No referral is needed.

Step 2. All your appointments will happen via videoconferencing

All appointments will be conducted over a HIPAA-encrypted A/V platform. Before each telebehavioral health appointment, you will receive an email with with instructions on how to access your appointment.

Step 3. We follow up with your primary care physician

After each appointment, we send your information (diagnosis, treatment plan, medication changes, etc.) back to your referring provider via fax or email.
