Crystal has lived in the Nashville community for 15 years and has seen the growth boom that Nashville and middle Tennessee have experienced. She is originally from Pueblo, Colorado and spent much of her life in Dayton, Ohio. Crystal graduated with a BS in psychology from Wright State University and developed therapeutic programs for women and children in a domestic violence shelter.

Dr. Fottrell graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Medicine in 1988. She pursued an internship in internal medicine before specializing in psychiatry, completing an Adult Psychiatry residency and a Child and Adolescent fellowship at Vanderbilt University. She has been in private practice in the Nashville area from 1993 to the present and serves as the Clinical Director of Psychiatry at Mercy Community Healthcare.

Margo is an Adult Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who has worked in mental health for nearly 28 years. She holds a Masters degree in psychology from Pepperdine University and earned her Psychiatric NP degree at Vanderbilt University. The majority of her professional experience has been in community mental health, working with the underserved Medicaid population, which was frequently an interesting challenge!
