Mary Dio

Mary Dio is a health care virtual assistant based in the Philippines.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of the Philippines. Throughout her academic journey, she worked part time teaching ballet to children and assisting with administrative tasks. Additionally, she gained valuable experience as a barista, a role that allowed her to connect with new individuals daily. These diverse roles have helped her develop patience, adaptability, and empathy in her interactions.

Mary is excited to be part of Alleviant, drawn by their holistic approach toward mental health care.

In her free time, she enjoys CrossFit, eating out with her parents and going to the beach with cousins or friends.
