Brittany Seifert, MNSc, APRN, PMHNP-BC
Brittany Seifert is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with training and experience treating patients with psychiatric disorders across the lifespan in various settings including outpatient, inpatient, residential, and emergency crisis settings. Brittany recognizes the importance of treating the whole person: mind and body. She has an integrative approach that focuses on the individual as a whole, not just a diagnosis. She values a holistic wellness-based method to optimize mental health, physical health, and quality of life in all of her clients by addressing mental, physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs. Brittany is passionate about developing genuine, caring relationships with her patients to help guide their quest to wellness, health, and wholeness.
Collaboration is an important part of Brittany’s approach. She strives to empower her patients and have her patients feel they are an important part of the treatment plan. She also strives to provide innovative and evidence-based practices for medication management, psychotherapy, a healthy lifestyle, and procedures such as transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS).
Brittany received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Arkansas and a Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. While at the University of Arkansas, she served as a research assistant for the psychology department along with earning her degree. She also received her Master of Nursing Science with a specialization in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences where she graduated with high honors as a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society. She is also a member of the Arkansas Nurse Practitioner Association.
Away from the office, Brittany enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, and traveling. She is an Arkansas native and enjoys discovering all of what Arkansas, especially Northwest Arkansas, has to offer.
