Sarah Mobley is a Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than ten years of experience in the psychiatric and mental health field. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Rockford College in Rockford, Illinois, in 2011 and her Master’s Degree as a Family Psychiatric & Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from the University of Colorado in 2014.
As a Psychiatric Registered Nurse, Sarah Provided care to children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients through physical and mental assessments, treatment plans, and therapies. She implemented and led crisis interventions for at-risk patients and collaborated to formulate individualized treatment plans to ensure the quality of care.
Sarah’s experience as a PMHNP-BC includes supervision of more than 50 therapists and nurses staff that provided comprehensive mental health care for dozens of patients each day. She provided psychiatric assessment and medication management for more than 20 long-term care facilities in Ohio and is proficient in assessing, diagnosing, and treating clinically-complex individuals aged six to 99. Her practice has focused on geriatric and developmentally-delayed populations, as well as individuals suffering from traumatic brain injury and various neurocognitive disorders.
She also brings to Alleviant Health Centers considerable experience in psychiatric care via telepsychiatry.
